I really love to create a warm inviting space for my students to come. I teach private piano lessons to adults, as well as children ages four and older.
In addition to a comfortable space, I use many things that keep students motivated and enjoying their lessons. We have quarterly “practice challenges” & rewards, “floor time” for the littler kids to have a break from the piano bench for a few minutes, quarterly (& optional) student performances, time spent in lesson learning pop/favorite music, recognition for accomplishments, and writing “mini songs” quarterly!
Students really appreciate all of this fun and variety! And, our quarters (every three months) continually evolve.. always with a new decorative “era” & theme!
My studio is located at the intersection of Randall Rd & Rt 20, at 2090 Larkin Ave., Elgin. I have plenty of parking, as well as plenty of space for siblings and parents to wait for the lesson.
