VIRGINIA PIANO POLICY
Monthly Tuition (2026-2027): $120 ($100 for lessons before 3:00 PM and weekends) is prepaid via Zelle (847-468-4618). Please send before the 1st of each month. I do not send reminders. A $10 per student late fee applies on the 1st.
Tuition Includes: Your monthly payment includes all books, student performances, and your reserved weekly 30-minute time slot. 48 total time slots are provided annually.
Rescheduling: You may try to reschedule any of your missed lessons, but I’m not able to guarantee or owe make-ups.
Teacher Absences: I will notify you as early as possible if I must miss. For your records, here is a list of days I have already missed so far in 2026:
• January: 5–9
• April: 2–6
Illness: No one may enter the studio or waiting area with a cough, runny nose, or if you feel you may be contagious. Instead, please call for virtual via FaceTime or Messenger at your regular time. I may also opt for virtual if I am having symptoms.
Practice: 15-45 minutes daily (depending on age).
Media: I use “faceless” student photos for studio media and regular student photos for public performances.
Discontinuing: If you stop lessons, please manage your Zelle settings, as credits (including unintended auto pay) are not refunded.
